Mortgage Advice

Our mortgage advice fee of £500 is wavied for members and veterans of the armed forces who require a mortgage above £100,000.

Whether you are buying your first home out of quarters, looking for a bigger home to build the family or release equity to provide income in retirement, we can help you find the right lender and mortgage for you.

We will search lenders representative of the whole market, and can help answer all your questions such as using the Forces Help to Buy scheme or renting out youor home while your away.

Members and veterans of the armed forces benefit from 25% off our fees for financial advice.

You may have never invested before or you may have an existing portfolio that need to be reviewed. Our expertise and advice will be tailored to your unique situation and goals and ensure your savings don't erode away with inflation.

Later Life Planning

Members and veterans of the armed forces benefit from 25% off our initial fees for Later Life Planning Services.

This includes Long-Term Care planning, Equity Release and IHT & Estate Planning.

Members and veterans of the armed forces benefit from 25% off our initial fees for retirement planning advice.

We help those leaving the armed forces and approaching retirement to understand their pensions and retirement options better and optimise their standard of living during retirement. For example when can you retire, what should you do with your early departure payment and tax-free cash or what you need to do about your various arrangements if you're moving into the private sector.

Forces Pension Society membership fees paid for up to two years

To demonstrate our continued support, we will cover your FPS membership fees for two years if you become a client or one year if we arrange a mortgage for you.
